"Hitting Hammer" where ?
If at NTA, they will say MOIC ma kam hundaichha and its beyond our control.
NTA is autonomous body and they cannot pressurize MOIC.
If at MOIC, whom shall we meet ? Minister ? Secretary ? Joint Secretaries ?
Under Secretaries ? Section Officers ?
We definitely like to meet only Minister and Secretary so that things be
processed on time. Not be made pancha barsiya yojana (five years' plan).
Where is High Level Media Commission Recommendations ?
Where is the OLD Telecomm Act which was designed very well ?
Where is the RTDF recommendations ?
If at HLCIT, ............... ? Do such issues fall under their domain ?
If at Bikas Samiti, it might be another political decision but again the
ball will be thrown in MOIC court.
WHAT IS HAPPENING TO PC-TO-PC COMMUNICATION ? Who is studying the case --
NTA or MOIC ?
AND WE IN THIS FLOOR NEVER KNOW HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ?
MAKE A STRONG TEAM -- ISPAN is ready. ISPAN is ready to visit NTA or MOIC
everyday and discuss the solutions and problems, unless and until we come
to the conclusion.
Is NTA ready to join the team ? Hummm....its a good question :)
Who else is committed ?
I PROPOSE TO FORM A PRESSURE GROUP which can "really" pressurize government
on ICT development in Nepal.
