[Itpolicy-np] Utilization of the RTF Fund

Yes I do agree with you Pavan ji  but the thing is that I think that we are 
not able to hit on the point or we are not hitting that point. So now I think 
with the support from the concern people who support our idea we should make 
a strong team who can hit the hammer
