[Itpolicy-np] Utilization of the RTF Fund

My idea also is like having a strong team of people who can find out where to
strike and get a heavy weight hammer and hit that.
As it is like the manner you said under whose domain ?? the answer is that the
body like NTA and MOIC should be clear in the job definition and there area
of work.
So in this as Pavan ji said let make a strong group that includes all the
related sector and form a team who can carry the hammer and strike hard on
the point when necessary.
