[Itpolicy-np] Utilization of the RTF Fund

Hello all 
                  As I have been observing we have been discussing about the 
RTF that is there with NTA and I see every one saying that NTA is not 
utilizing that fund. And we have been discussing on how the fund can be 
utilized also but never came up with the concrete ideas on these matter. 
Since Anand ji is there at NTA and is supporting our ideas on using the fund I 
would like to request all the list members to come up with the brilliant 
idea . So that we can provide some place where the fund can be utilized. 

So let start floating the ideas, and since we have lot of peoples here with 
the brilliant ideas. 

Lets keep the list hot  !!!!!!!!!!!!!
