This is worse than China or Iran. This proposed amendment gives those
in power to block anything they find horrific or objectionable. Why is
this move started at the time when even china seems to be softening up

This move will formally end the freedom of speech that we supposedly
had online. Good job NTA!

So what next, the MD of Nepal Telecom arrested for providing mobile
service to bad guys giving out threat calls over the Namaste network?
Aren't there laws that says service providers can't be held
responsible for their customer's bad behavior?
