Every modern/smart phone support WIFI these days. If there were city
wide hot-spot how long before all "communication" are routed through
Internet @a flat rate of internet subscription charge? Maybe that is
why foreign telecommunication providers have a flat plan for unlimited
calls. NTC should step out of its cocoon with a bold vision. Evolve or
Die!

Also, may i suggest, ISPN take immediate action and COMPLY with the
new rule starting to ban YouTube, Facebook etc and the crowd will take
care of the rest! ;)

This VoIP issue is same like the dilemma foreign ISP's are facing with
end users using P2P to share "pirated contents", monitor or not to
monitor is the question!
