Well, Dhukuti ko chabi is definitely with NTA but the talchha ma lal
mohar MOIC ko chha. So :
I think, the process can be :
1. Why don't NTA publicize a report prepared by the team of Gajendra
Bohra Sir on the usage of RTDF. I wonder if its still under the process
of discussion in NTA. Ananda Sir.....your input please.
I request Gajendra Bohra Sir to shed some light on the report, if
appropriate OR if can be done publicly.
2. After incorporating comments of all stakeholders, NTA Board approve
that report and send to MOIC with recommendation.
3. MOIC can take it forward to the Cabinet, if necessary.
4. In the meantime, after process 2......we all to talk to Bikas Samiti
for their help.
But as Rajendraji has very well said -- "paisa bhane pachhi mahadev ko
tin netra and laj navayeko sarkar ra mantri milera commission ko chakkar
chalauchan ani hami tehi avimanyuuo chakrama phasdachu"
we need to be very careful.
For that we can pressurize government to form a committee with members
from government (MOIC, Artha and HLCIT), NTA, service providers and
community based organisations who recommends government to use RTDF
after getting the proposal.
have happy bandh day again......it seems we really need Pashupati Nath ko
kalyan now.
