Dose anyone of you INFORMED think this is a tyrant behavior or a
misconfiguration? Legality aside.........
Guys, can someone try to reach to NTC to query in details about this
issue? I cant resolve from external DNS resolvers.
If this is an attempt to restrict free speech...... to impose
censorship, someone at NTC deserves a personal attack!
Guys, get serious on this ONE. Pick a name!

Subject: [NepSecure.com] NTC Blocking external DNS for ADSL clients?
To: nepsecure at googlegroups.com
Although I could only speculate the reasons for NTC to do this (including
having stricter control over which websites are users allowed to visit,
monitor visiting patterns, _be EVIL_) but the act has left me disappointed.
I can no longer use services like google dns or any other external dns for
that matter when I am under adsl connection. We have been using opendns and
google dns for the past few months due to unreliable dns service from NTC,
and suddenly one day, everything fails to load.
Is this even legal? Or may be discussing what is legal and what is not is a
vague topic, I am struck dumb to find the existence of sources from which
these actions originate.
How do we voice this concern? Any tips would be highly appreciated.
