Biplav ji, my e-amail to your e-mail accound does not get delivered.  It
bounced back. Are you getting my e-mail?

I am busy with my own projects in Myagdi. But if everybody agrees to work
together, we can wirelessly network 60% of Nepal within two years and I
will commit my time for that. This something that won't take more than two
years of time. I promise.
