[Itpolicy-np] Defination of these terms

Ya it looks silly but there is a reason to differentiate between
Internet and data service at least from the traditional view point. A
bit is a bit. But a bit generated from a computer/any electronic device,
voice, video have different requirements in terms of quality (
bandwidth, latency etc.)A digitized voice traveling through a circuit
switched network is also same as data.

If not technically required, we require to differentiate their domains
in legal terms.

Before stepping into clarifying those definition, can we be clear on the
definition and difference between Data and Internet ?

This might look silly to ask (atleast by me :)) but the clarification
plays a vital role while redefining all those terms that you have
specified.
