Biplav Dai,

Government go by words of niyam and niti which is well understood and
acknowledged. But when it comes to development process, we want them to
go by their brains and use common sense.

The recent activities (ICT development) show that we do not want anything
from Government, provided they themselves stop being hurdle in
development process.

Anyway, there are few points that came to my mind immediately

1. Provide tax holiday for atleast ten years to those companies who are
contributing directly to the development of ICT in Nepal.

2. Stop unnecessary hassels and headaches while importing equipment to be
used in ICT development.

3. Government to form a different technical team to study the development
of ICT around the world and act accordingly in Nepal too. Not to wait
for five years' development plan. ACT TIMELY !!
