[Itpolicy-np] Defination of these terms

I think some of the services that has been mentioned are not defined by
NTA
1.
We do not have NSP license: It is V-Sat Network Service Providers

2. We do not have data network service provider but it is called Local
Data Network
3. We do not have VSAT Service Provider rather it is VSAT user

We need to identify the premises of these different services: Do they
intersect or are disjoint ???
