[Itpolicy-np] The Information Highway that I am proposing

It is unfortunate that Mahabir dai is occupied to take care of his ailing
mother. We all pray for her fastest recovery.
We need to sit together.
Let us not be emotional when we propose something. Please have a knowledge
of the existing legal and regulatory framework of the country. We can
propose a change. My request is what can we do in the existing framework?
What can we do at the earliest to make changes to the existing framework?
Ananda

Hello All;

I am helping my mother in the hospital in Kathmandu. Therefore I have not
taken part in the discussion. I will continue when I will get time.

Can we meet and have a discussion face to face rather than discussing
through e-mail? Please let me know if you are interested to join.

Mahabir
