[Itpolicy-np] Utilization of the RTF Fund

Hello All;

My idea is to build information highway across Nepal by using the RTD
Fund. I have already told my idea to build relay towers. Then the private
businesses can use the highway to expand their businesses. If all of you
agree with my idea, we can form a strong team and I will lead the team.
Please let me know what you think.
